Hi, I'm Marina Alex. With over 10 years of experience introducing Agile to diverse industries such as hospitality, finance, retail, biotech, law firms, restaurants, and even healthcare, I was one of the few applying Agile to sales in the world—clients came to me without needing to sell.

But after COVID, the Agile market changed dramatically. I struggled for two years, spent all my savings, and realized I needed to adapt. So, I began offering my services to small and medium businesses (SMBs) in Tennessee, USA.

These SMBs had no idea about Agile but faced problems I could solve. Selling to them was faster and easier than working with big organizations that had cut budgets for Agile transformations.
